I would like to announce to all coaches and other interested football people, that we are having the first Sr. Landslag training camp at Märsta on July 6-8. The staff has been in contact with the players that we are inviting into this camp to take a look at. This is the first step to the VM in Japan and it will be an important one.
I would like to also tell everybody that Gary will post the practice schedule up on SAFF's web site when he receives it from my staff along with the list of players we have called in. There is a QB camp this sunday where 7 of the 13 called in QB's will come and show what they can do.
I also feel that I should inform football Sweden, about the fact that although I am Head Coach, I will not be around at every practice. My wife and I have a new born son and currently we are living on the 6th floor of Karolinskasjukhus and our son is in BIVA for day 51 today. I have spent the last 51 days dealing with 4th and 1 and I can tell you that it really sets all things in perspective.
In regards to the camp, all practices are open to the public and we will have a camp ending scrimmage on Sunday july 9th. I will open all position meetings to any coach from a club in sweden at any level. It will be a great opportunity for you to see what goes on with the landslag.
