Trevlig midsommar!

It wasn't a coach it was just an ex-team mate who was trying to help out. From what I know it was a disagreement where the ex-player felt threatened. He lowered his head and it made contact with the QB's face.

Who cares. It´s football, and feelings are bound to show in an important game like yesterdays game. Just finish the season and regroup for next year.

He lowered his head and it made contact with the QB's face.

- If you want your players to carry themselves with a high moral code, you need to show them the way. You must show them what a true role model is. How do you do this?
Start by being consistent. When you say you're going to do something, be sure you follow through with it. Be sure your team always sees you under control no matter the situation. Show your team that any situation can be handled by staying in control of your emotions.
That doesn't mean you have to sacrifice any of your fire or intensity. It just means handling all the things that come up in practice and games without flying off the handle. If the coach can't show character, how can the players be expected to?
Character is also shown when you can admit you're wrong when you make mistakes. Your team will develop much more respect for you if you apologize when you make mistakes rather than trying to set yourself above the standards you expect of them. It's OK when this happens. You're human and we all make mistakes. Just don't try to cover them up or hide from them. You'll be amazed what that'll mean to your players.

In order to be able to help people they would have to listen and Coach J. wouldn't listen. I told him that it was dangerous playing man all day without Safety support, he didn't listen. I told him that he needs to settle this thing with Noghor and establish a running game if he wants the team to have a chance at the passing game, but his pride would not let him listen. Honestly I tried to help. And don't get me started on the primadonna that is Tyresö's starting Quarterback. Trust me even though it was an accident...He deserved to get headbutted. I really miss Coach E. He was a coach that would listen and actually think about suggestions people would make. There is a saying "Action Reflects Leadership." There is no reason why Tyresö should be having a season like they are having unless the leadership is missing. A good leader not only leads but they also listen. Anyways, if Tyresö is truly going to regroup and rebuild next season they have to do something about their stubborn coach. I don't truly know what has happened all season, but I do know what I saw in the game against Arlanda. First of all there was no reason Joakim Palm should have been on that field, with his knee the way it is. He was absolutely useless out there as well as the fact that one good shot to his knee would have not only ended his career but also maybe messed up the way he would walk for a couple of years. A coach has to put his personal feelings aside and think about what is good for the team. Noghor should have been starting and playing. When I tried to talk to others about it they felt the same way. When I asked them to talk to Coach J. about it they said there was no point. Did you guys know that an injured knee can also cause fumbles?!! As I said before the guys on the field did not deserve to lose the game, unfortunately they had the wrong guy leading them.
This is just my opinion!!! This is just my constructive criticism!!!

Was this "ex player" who headbutted the TRC QB, mister Dagem H himself? Yes...and as I said before it was a reflex type of accident when someone charges at you in an aggressive manner.
