Nu på lördag kl 15.00 (och inget annat) möter Carlstad Crusaders skånelaget Limhams Griffins på hemmaplan.

The Crusaders are coming off of an odd three week break that was caused by Göteborg’s withdrawal from the series. Needless to say, the players are very hungry to hit the field again. This is a home game, Limhamn is tied with Carlstad for 2nd place, and it is the last game we will play for 7 weeks, so it is a very important game for us.
Limhamn has a formidable defense as evidenced by the fact they are just 2 points behind Stockholm for the least points allowed. They have good athletes at all the positions and they usually seem to be in the right position. If there is a weakness, it may be that they have yielded some big plays in the passing game. Explosiveness and big plays have been two of the keys to the Crusaders offense this year, so this is something we hope we can exploit. The Crusaders also made some improvements with our offensive consistency against Arlanda, particularly in the running game. This is something we hope to build upon this week, but that was three weeks ago and this is certainly a tougher defense.
The Limhamn offense has some explosive weapons that we must account for, starting with the quarterback Mitch Tanney. The key as always versus an efficient passer such as Tanney will be to get pressure on him and to disrupt his timing.
This game will showcase a lot of talented football players and two teams with a lot to play for. I predict a lot of intensity and physical play from both sides, all of which should make this a very entertaining game, both for the players and the fans.

Griffins Leder med 20-13 i halvtid! Crusaders var uppe o knackade på Limhamns dörr precis innan halvtidsvisslan, men driven dödades av penelties.
Annars en MYCKET jämn tillställning än så länge...

Hahaha, jadu vettefan om de va så, nu är ju jag lite partisk eftersom jag är från karlstad, men Crusaders offence dominerade! Medans LG´s offence fick hjälp av dommarn. Men det va en grym match!! Så ska football vara!
